Sky Highball Instructions
The Sky Highball is a refreshing and vibrant cocktail that is perfect for a summer day or a fun night out. Made with a combination of vodka, blue curacao, lemon juice, and club soda, this drink is both visually stunning and delicious.
To make a Sky Highball, start by filling a highball glass with ice. Next, add 2 ounces of vodka to the glass. Then, pour in 1 ounce of blue curacao and 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Finally, top off the glass with club soda and give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a lemon twist or a sprig of mint, if desired.
Note: The Sky Highball can also be made with gin instead of vodka for a different twist. Simply substitute the vodka with gin in the recipe.
Tip: To create a layered effect, pour the blue curacao slowly over the back of a spoon into the glass, followed by the lemon juice and vodka.
