The Poofta
The Poofta Ingredients
- 2 shots Irish Cream
- 1 shots Raspberry Liqueur
- 8 oz Coffee
- oz (Add To Taste) Whipping Cream
The Poofta Instructions
This is a "Poofta" because it's a fruity Bailey's and Coffee. ;-)
Pour the coffee into a 10-12 oz, opaque coffee mug, then add the Irish Cream first and the Raspberry Liquour second. Stir gently. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, and garnish with cocoa powder, a little ground nutmeg, a curl of chocolate, etc.
NOTE: Presentation is key here. The Raspberry Liquour is slightly acidic, and will curdle the cream in the Irish Cream, so an opaque mug and a topping of whipped cream are a good idea for aesthetic purposes.
