Mike's Sloe Gin Rickey
Mike's Sloe Gin Rickey Ingredients
- 1 oz Bombay Gin
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 2 oz Sloe Gin
- 8 pieces (Cubed) Ice
- 1 oz (squeezed) Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Sugar
- slice (sliced) Lime
- 4 oz Soda Water
Mike's Sloe Gin Rickey Instructions
Add sugar to mix glass, squeeze in lime juice. Dissolve sugar. Add Bols Triple Sec. Add Gin (Heyman's Ol Tom preferred)and Sloe Gin (foamy), shake. Add 4 of the remaining ice cubes to collins glass and pour in shaker ingredients. Top up with soda water and garnish with lime slice.
Best served in a Collins Glass.
