Hollywood Night
Hollywood Night Ingredients
- 1/6 glass Midori Melon Liqueur
- 1/3 glass Coconut Rum
- 1 glass (Fill to Top) Sprite
- 1/3 glass Pineapple Juice
- 1 piece Maraschino Cherry
Hollywood Night Instructions
Fill the Martini glass with ice and Sprite and let sit while mixing. In a standard glass fill glass with ice and with the Midori (or equivalent), Coconut rum (Parrot bay and Malibu recommended), and Pineapple juice. Shake it until its mixed well and there is a frothy layer. Empty out the Glass, and pour the mixed drink, sans Ice. Add a cherry for added contrast and a treat to the bottom of the martini. Serve.
