This game is played with a pair of 6-sided dice, and the rules are fairly simple. You also need some kind of hat that can fit everyone.
To play, you take turns rolling the dice, and the two magic numbers are 7 and 9. 7 means the last person to put their thumb on the table is "hatboy", and 9 means the last person to put their thumb on their forehead is "hatboy".
Whoever is "hatboy" gets to wear the hat you picked out. Whenever someone rolls doubles, they drink whatever number was doubled (not the sum, so if you roll double 6's, hatboy takes 6 drinks, not 12). If you roll doubles, you get to roll again, but if you roll doubles three times in a row, you turn in to hatboy. If hatboy him/herself rolls doubles three times, nothing special happens, it just moves to the next person's turn. If hatboy is the last person to put their thumb on the table or on their forehead, they take a drink.lts. College students love beer.
