The next person then has to immediately give a famous name whose first name begins with the same letter as the first name of the previous person. For example you could now say Elvis Presley as Elvis begins with an E and so does Eastwood, then the next person may say Peter Cook - you get the idea. I someone comes up with a person whose first and last name begin with the same letter play is reversed (i.e. Marilyn Monroe).
